home. (Your Real Estate Attorney or Mortgage
Lender can provide you with assistance.)
Seller's Disclosure Statement
NOTICE to Seller:
Each Seller is obligated to disclose to a Buyer all known facts
that materially and adversely affect the value of the property being
sold and that are not readily observable.
This disclosure statement
is designed to assist the Seller in complying with the required
disclosure requirements. It will also assist the Buyer in evaluating
the property being considered. Unless stated otherwise, Seller does
not possess expertise in construction, architecture, engineering,
or any other specific area related to the construction or condition
of the improvements on the property or the land.
NOTICE to Buyer:
This Statement is a disclosure of the Seller's knowledge of the
condition of the property as of the date of the Statement. THIS
STATEMENT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR ANY INSPECTIONS OR WARRANTIES
that the Buyer may wish to obtain. It is not a warranty of any kind
by Seller. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the property personally
or have it inspected by a third party, and to inquire about specific
areas of concern.
