YourCityFSBO is constantly expanding into new markets and needs ad consultants in each area. Our usual market area is at least one county and is a protected territory. If you are a self starter with good people skills this could be an ideal part time job and an easy way to supplement your income.

Ad consultants must have their own computer and have high speed (Broadband) internet access (DSL or Cable). You must have a working knowledge of internet use, emails and word processing. Ad consultants must have reliable transportation, and a digital camera that takes images in 640 x 480 mode (800 x 600 is acceptable). Images must be in jpeg format.

Ad consultants are independent contractors and will be paid $50 for every property they enter into our data bank. Additionally they will get a $25 finders fee for individuals they find that commit to sell their property FSBO. Ad consultants are responsible for working with our advertising clients, taking digital images for our patent pending Virtual Tour, assisting the owner with written property descriptions, and submitting data to our central office.
