Business Opportunities:
Steps to Owning a YourCityFSBO.com Franchise
Have you been searching
business opportunities or franchise opportunities for one that fits
your life style? Have you dreamed of a home based business
that actually works? Have you been disappointed in your job
search? Are you a person that not only wants to make money but wants
to make a difference in the world by helping people help themselves?
Then this might be the business opportunity you have been
waiting for.
1. Review All Web-based FSBO Materials.
If you feel that franchising
is your business opportunity to a better financial life, and you
are interested in serving your community by reducing the cost
of a sale and purchase of real estate, then YourCityFSBO.com might
be the opportunity for you. Review all web-based FSBO materials
and compare their sites, prices and support with YourCityFSBO.com.
We are interested in changing the way real estate is bought and
sold, one community at a time. If you want to speak to someone
in person, call our office and talk with one of our managers or
advertising associates.
2. Submit A Franchise
Application.
If you are interested
in joining our group and opening a YourCityFSBO.com office, complete
in full and submit a Franchise
Application. A $25 non-refundable processing fee is
required.
3. Participate in a Telephone Interview.
After we review and
verify the information in your Franchise Application, we will
contact you via e-mail and schedule a telephone interview with
one of our managers. During this call we will get to know one
another better, answer any of your questions, discuss your proposed
territory, discuss our support system, and provide you a verbal
introduction to doing business as part of YourCityFSBO.com, a
subsidiary of YourCityFSBO LLC.
4. Review the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
If it is mutually agreeable,
we will mail you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
This is an extremely important disclosure document that describes
our system, and the rights and obligations of you and YourCityFSBO.com
if we enter into a franchise relationship. It contains samples
of agreements that will be executed if you decide to enter into
a business relationship with YourCityFSBO.com. It also contains
information about our Trademarks, URLs and patent pending Virtual
Tour. We encourage you to read this document carefully, and discuss
it with your attorney and/or business advisor. After you receive
the UFOC, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires a 10-day
waiting period before you can purchase a franchise.
5. Enter Into a Franchise Agreement.
When you decide to purchase
a YourCityFSBO.com franchise, we will finalize your selected territory
(county) and your Initial Franchise Fee. We will then forward
to you a Franchise Agreement for your acceptance and signature.
You will then return the completed Franchise Agreement and your
Initial Franchise Fee to our corporate headquarters.
6. YourCityFSBO.com Training.
After we have received
your signed Franchise Agreement and Initial Franchise Fee, we
will schedule a comprehensive orientation and training session.
This will be at our corporate office in Clarksville, TN. where
we conduct regular training sessions. After this training and
receiving all our support information, you will be ready to help
us change the way real estate is bought and sold, one community
at a time.
