REFERRAL FEE

YourCityFSBO.com is offering a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) referral fee to anyone who refers a new customer to us. You must supply us with the following to be eligible for a referral fee:

1. Your name, address, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
2. The name, address, daytime telephone number and e-mail address of the property you are referring.
3. A statement if you are related to the property owner.
4. A statement as to how you learned of the property you are referring.
5. We will verify the new customer's Virtual Tour ID number.

Referral fees shall be subject to all taxes that may apply. YourCityFSBO.com reserves the right to refuse any and all claims for Referral Fees.
